Being fit and healthy is not about age

It is about how you live your life

Now into my 7th decade I am naturally more interested in the aging process.

 

We are living longer but moving less.

Regular exercise can improve strength, mobility and motor control at any age.

​How you move throughout the day has a cumulative effect, so it is important to move in the best possible way.
